I survived my first week of college and I can barely keep my eyes open! I love it!

i find this hilarious! i hope you do too.

1. If you could change one life-changing event in the life of someone important to you, would you?
I'm not one for changing the past, but if it would make someone's life easier, I guess so.
2. Which do you think is easier to do, being friends for many years, or being life partners for many years?
I've not been someone's life partner for many years, so I don't know this answer.
3. Have you ever walked away from someone you considered a friend?
I hope not. I don't think so, though.
4. If you had to choose between telling the truth and hurting a friend or lying and making them happy, which would you choose?
Depends on how strong that person was. If it was someone with a very, very fragile sense of self-worth, I might "lessen the blow" but otherwise I like the truth.
5. Which would you rather hear--the truth which will hurt, or the comforting lie?
The truth. I probably already know it, or parts of it, so actually a lie hurts more.

Nothing much new here. I'm just working most days and such, and looking forward to Foo Fighters next Wednesday. I'm going to Chicago on Saturday- originally with Kailee but its her parent's anniversary so I'll probably spend time with some friends up there instead since I already have my ticket. Beyond that, not much going on.

Few Things....

1. Anyone else stupid like me and thought that taking an early morning summer class was a good idea?? *facepalm* At least it's only an hour and actually pretty interesting so far (Greek mythology). But I have to wake up early!! *pouts*

2. We are now affiliates with badass_chicks. Check it outttt. It's a 18+ NON-rating community for all those ladies out there. Our member betsytron5000 (best username ever in my opinion) is the mod of that community.

3. Go download the_commonplace's mix cd that she made a few posts down. It's excellent. And it's free songs for you! It should also inspire you to make your own (you get 35 points!). Don't like the mix cd theme for this month?? SUGGEST SOME MORE!! you get one point per suggestion (see profile for the link...it's under the 1 point category).

4. Go suggest movies and books and such. You get 1 point PER SUGGESTION!! becasue right now we've only had one suggestion (thanks amloveaffair!!!). And when it comes time to pick a new one...it's gonna be some slim pickings. (edit: probably should have mentioned this earlier. 5. Anyone else watch Project Runway?!?!?! I never watch tv anymore but I actually turned it on today and was watching a rerun of PR and then there was a commercial saying the new season started tonight!!! AHHHH yey. I love that show. Anyone else really want that guy who "lyke omg luvz tanning" to be kicked off? He creeps me out.

A fantastic three-day weekend for Sam. Chicago, Six Flags, Shopping, Rock Climbing, old / new friends mixing into a blender of goodness and good times.
